03I built and launched an operations platform used by 15 agents and assistants. Its referral feature generated 5+ completed client transactions and approximately $25,000 in agent commissions in its first two months.

03 / THE PERSON BEHIND THE WORK
I’ve built and sold an events company, delivered software for business clients, and supported the people using it. I understand what it takes to win a customer, deliver the work, and keep it running.
At Premier Real Estate Partners, I turn agents’ daily needs into working software. As a consultant, I build websites, applications, and integrations for business clients. My work combines hands-on delivery with customer training, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvement.
My broader digital work includes managing a 5,000+ member Instagram reselling community and social accounts with more than one million followers.
Premier Real Estate Partners
Built and launched an operations platform used by 15 agents and assistants, plus reusable social-media automation with a custom API. Own requirements, AI-assisted development, deployment, user training, and ongoing support. Turn feedback into features, including agent and assistant access controls and activity monitoring.
Self-employed
Deliver websites, custom software, and AI integrations for business clients, including DaduBuilder and BuzzHoney. Handle requirements, development, hosting, testing, training, and support. Across my implementation work, I’ve managed two to three projects at peak.
Elevate Entertainment LLC
Founded and ran the business, selling 10,000+ tickets across five major events alongside numerous co-promotions. Personally sourced investors and secured a $5M investment commitment funded into conditional escrow. Co-negotiated a signed $20M performance and production agreement for an event later transferred to another operator.
Owned marketing, partnerships, negotiations, accounting, customer service, and event operations; coordinated promoters, vendors, and temporary staff. The first festival campaign gained 3,000 organic followers in two weeks, recruited 100+ promoters, and sold 1,000 tickets per night. Sold the operating company in April 2026.

Delivered freelance digital marketing and social media projects, from content planning and promotional materials to campaign execution.
